Updated Pricing for 3D Printed Models

I need to make a few updates to the pricing for the topographic models. The main changes are:

• Shapeways is increasing their flat-rate shipping costs in the US to $8.99. They’re also introducing a “processing fee” of 6% of the base model cost. These costs will apply if you order direct from Shapeways, or will be passed on to the customer in Etsy. Details here.

• I also need to update the prices on Etsy. I hadn’t been properly accounting for all the fees that Etsy adds. In addition to their regular transaction and listing fees, there’s also the payment processing fee and a new shipping transaction fee. The last one doesn’t make much sense, since Etsy isn’t involved with shipping at all. Details here.
