More Etsy pricing updates

Etsy has raised their fees yet again. Their transaction fees have gone up from 5% to 6.5%. I’ve updated all my pricing accordingly. I’ve also simplified the product selections on Etsy. I used to have multiple choices for the models: natural sandstone; glossy color; and white plastic. This seemed to be causing some confusion, so I removed the glossy and white plastic options. If you’re still interested in these options, you can still order them from Shapeways.
